These guys are the PITS. DO NOT USE THEM!!! We got workman's comp. Then they added a duplicate policy and billed us for it. We have been trying for months to fix this problem (since we only need one insurance not double) but all you get is a runaround. Truly TERRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
BEWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! This company promised to resolve our Worker's Comp issues by having us pay as we go (automatically through Quickbooks) which was supposed to save us money by only charging us for the actual hours our employees were working. I explained to them that our guys have two different class codes (one for carpentry work, one for flooring work), and that all of our employees do both types of work so it would have to be split up accordingly. So I purchased Workers comp through an online payroll company that uses AP Integro as their workers comp company. I was glad to know that my business financial filings and Insurance premiums were being handled. fast forward 18 months, and I see several large deductions from my business checking account. When I look into it, I am told that my name was never added to the policy, even though I am the ONLY employee, so they took a years worth of premiums they never billed me for.
