recently experienced a extremely poor and irritating service will no longer visit this location and will not recommend it to anyone the owner replied with incorrect information accusing me of a pending balance which is a lie I HAVE NO PENDING BALANCE that goes to show you what they will invent to try and corrupt a honest review instead of fixing their mistake

The second time I went and received disgusting service, I went with my son to cash his first check. The clerk (half asleep, with a bothered look) refused to cash it because "he didn't sign it in front of her" a completely ridiculous reasoning! Didn't even look at his ID or attempt to reach out to any "manager" just completely brushed us away. I've done it multiple times at other establishments, being local, I wanted to get it done there. Never again, never returning there.
Really humiliated. I use an online bank, and my state refund did not direct deposit, so I went here to cash the check. As I waited in line, i signed my check and prepared for my turn. When I got to the window the girl informed me she could not cash my check because I did not sign it in front of her. No where did I see this policy posted, and I had multiple forms of sufficent identification if it was needed.
