My first experience at AOP Wellness & Cryotherapy was amazing! As an athlete, recovery is important, and I was definitely overdue for a session like this. I had an incredible experience at AOP Wellness. AJ was absolutely amazing and truly worked wonders on my body. I had cryotherapy done on my face after a bone graft surgery, and the experience meant so much to me. She always takes the time to understand whats going on and shows genuine empathy and kindness.
