I had an incredible experience at AOP Wellness. AJ was absolutely amazing and truly worked wonders on my body. I had cryotherapy done on my face after a bone graft surgery, and the experience meant so much to me. She always takes the time to understand whats going on and shows genuine empathy and kindness. AJ has expansive knowledge about the modalities she uses for recovery and really helped my knee and calf feel better after an injury! I would encourage anyone (especially athletes) to book a session! You won’t regret it!!
