I had the pleasure of going to AOP Wellness today and worked with Ann! I have been suffering from patella tendinitis for about 9 months now and have tried everything to heal it. The combination of cupping, compression, red light therapy and cryotherapy has done wonders for the pain. I will be going back for sure to continue the treatment and other maintenance on my body.
