Worst branch ever! The guy had no idea what he was doing and until now, I'm yet to get my keycard back. Been over 2 weeks!

This is the worst bank’s experience I have ever had. They won’t be missed in Lane Cove. I think it was a learning branch. I couldn’t get service or answers or help for my elderly mother in a wheelchair. She is supposed to bank online or use the atm. Not easy when you can’t see or hear too well at 98. She liked going to the bank to do her banking. The teller refused to help her-even though there were no other customers waiting. Bye ANZ
After waiting over half an hr to get cash out cause my card had been blocked due to scammers they said to call and couldn’t give me any of my money. The number they gave was for staff only so rang the number on my card and was on hold for 1hr and 32mins and they finally sorted out the problem but said the bank can give me cash 🤬🤬🤬idiots!!!
Staff are friendly. The only issue is it's a cashless bank... I'm wondering what the point is? I can use an ATM anywhere.
