This company has tried on several occasions to illegally extort money from me, ignored rental legislation and assumed that I would too, when they had already done the wrong thing, has neglected urgent repairs in the property they manage (told their repairman not to bother coming on the same day,on my third day attempting to contact them to inform them i did not have a working toilet, that he could go later in the week.
