Very approachable staff. Very knowledgeable and kind to everybody and the staff always offer help immediately when you entre the bank. Fantastic service

Rubbish bank will NOT let me phone them, bank staff are great BUT I am NOT allowed to phone or SMS or fax them Will have to investigate other options
Attended Glenelg branch today to clear up additional mortgage questions on our paper work despite getting a broker engaged early we seen Tracey and she was very helpful in simplifying all answers and breaking down our two loans and highlighting errors we may need to address moving forward.
