It is a horrible bank to go to. People are not helpful at all and very rude. The security working at the building and the worker inside were very dismissive. They were very hurtful and unhumanely unkind. If you have a choice. Please. Do not go to this bank. Unsafe area, horrible service and the worst I have been treated ever.

I went to update my bank details as requested. The manager was a disgrace. He wanted ID such as a drivers license. My on line drivers license was not acceptable. I was going to close my account and for that he was more than happy to do it without ID. pretty stupid. Then he handed me over to someone else who accepted my digital drivers license along with my Medicare card and ANZ credit card. Pretty stressful experience
