I went to update my bank details as requested. The manager was a disgrace. He wanted ID such as a drivers license. My on line drivers license was not acceptable. I was going to close my account and for that he was more than happy to do it without ID. pretty stupid. Then he handed me over to someone else who accepted my digital drivers license along with my Medicare card and ANZ credit card. Pretty stressful experience

Had an issue with my account that couldn't be resolved via the app. There was no queue, and Linh solved my problem within minutes.
Waited to withdraw cash, but apparently this branch no longer has tellers! What an absolute farce.
After a horrible day of customer service from chemist warehouse and Australia Post, I was so humbled with how quick and easy they helped me with my non-banking related matter simply for being an ANZ customer. They went out of their way, while showing me the up most respect - a truely dignified experience. THANK YOU FOOTSCRAY ANZ
