Had an issue with my account that couldn't be resolved via the app. There was no queue, and Linh solved my problem within minutes.
Waited to withdraw cash, but apparently this branch no longer has tellers! What an absolute farce.
After a horrible day of customer service from chemist warehouse and Australia Post, I was so humbled with how quick and easy they helped me with my non-banking related matter simply for being an ANZ customer. They went out of their way, while showing me the up most respect - a truely dignified experience. THANK YOU FOOTSCRAY ANZ
I have been waiting for 3 weeks straight for my card now. The young Chinese lady who sits at the left when you walk in very rude and unprofessional. I went there to pick up my card there, and she advised me to wait until they posted it to me while it was already there at the branch for me to just pick it up and go. She was even rude to my 3 year old daughter who was with me. I will definitely switch to other branches or banks. They don't even deserve a star for it.
