Anz bank just don't care! My accounts were blocked because I want to invest in crypto!! It's caused stress anxiety trying to get statements plus retrieve $550 US out of them because a company put or tried to put the money into the closed account. Neither are saying their accountable.
The staff at this ANZ are so so lovely highly recommend 110% they will explain everything you need to know very knowledgeable

I have found the staff at Charlestown Branch to much more assistive and helpful towards us more now since Bella has left Glendale branch she was a wonderful help and lovely lady but unfortunately she’s no longer there and the who are out there aren’t as friendly and helpful but the ones at Charlestown are more than happy to help with whatever you need , I highly recommend this branch despite it being cashless bank branch as of 31st January 2023 , I will be back again next week. 💖 Thank you Aimee STROMEIER
Appalling service, modernization of banking system has gone backwards and layout of ANZ banks does not work for clients. No walk in problem solving. No way to line up for your turn as a client for service. All customers mulling around unsure of who is next. When I took a turn to be served all other customers waiting could hear my private details and issues. My questions were fairly simple and yet I was passed to 4 different workers in 2 areas.
