I just went in to activate my card and close one of my savings accounts and the branch manager Samantha ended up fixing my whole life and spent the time to explain anz plus and how to use it and how to use each type of savings account to get the best possible interest. She went above and beyond and made genuine connection. 10/10 would recommend seeing Samantha if you need anything.
Can’t withdraw money over the counter here. Got told “if you want to withdraw more than the atm limit, bring multiple bank cards” Who has multiple accounts just in case they need to withdraw money?!?!
Had the best experience dealing with Sammy from ANZ at Charlestown. She’s very professional and was happy to help with all my documents which made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend anyone to see her.
Went into the branch and Monique was able to solve my queries in a kind and professional way.
Anz bank just don't care! My accounts were blocked because I want to invest in crypto!! It's caused stress anxiety trying to get statements plus retrieve $550 US out of them because a company put or tried to put the money into the closed account. Neither are saying their accountable.
