Worst bank ever! Would give them minus a star if I could, for their total lack of customer service and condescending way they speak to customers. Don’t go to this branch if need to do personal banking. As this is not allowed??? They had 2 atms in branch with 4 people deep at each of them and a real person sitting as a teller but not allowed to serve personal customers??? Very disappointed with the service at ANZ Ashmore City. My husband, a 16-year customer with a business account, waited 25+ minutes at the front of the business queue with no one else in line. When a staff member finally came out, she dismissed his wait time, saying, “I don’t believe it was 25 minutes.” On top of that, he's been repeatedly asked about a home loan with the bank, but after this level of service, that won’t be entertained. Worst experience ever, manager Ashleigh is very rude, no skills to be a manager. Should attend years of training to be able to deal with customers. The banks forgot that they have our money there and is the best interest of them to keep their customers, no customers no money.
