Like many other ANZ customers, I have been greatly disappointed with the rapid decline in ANZ's customer service in recent years. At times I have been made to feel like an unimportant nuisance by ANZ staff. With this in mind, I am very happy to report that the service that I have received from Santhosh Subramanium at the ANZ Ashmore City Branch has been exemplary. His level of professionalism and work ethic has been head and shoulders above all others. I just hope that he doesn't get transferred to another branch.
I have been an ANZ customer for over 22 years. This branch is where I took out my home loan. I have had to take my daughter who they have also known for 20 years to the branch over and over again to identify herself despite her disability. They shut early, they leave tasks uncompleted and waste my time and the time of her support workers over and over again.
I was assisted today by a friendly employee named Jovan. I had no idea how to do what I needed to and he was friendly, respectful, didn’t judge and just a pleasure to be around. Is certainly the type of employee you would want to have in a business such as a banking location.
Terrible experience trying to deal with this branch. The young blonde girl “managing” the welcome reception desk wasn’t interested in trying to help at all with a large funds transfer. On our first visit she told us we’d missed the deadline (which we’ve since found out was actually an hour later) and on our second visit the next morning she again would not assist, instead trying to get us to phone through a telegraphic transfer. I had a fantastic experience securing my first home loan at this branch this month.The service was incredibly fast, and my mortgage specialist was extremely helpful. They took the time to explain everything I didn't understand with great patience. Being my first loan, I was a bit nervous, but I’m so glad I worked with such a professional and kind person. Highly recommended!!!
