I live out of town and needed to go to the Yarrawonga branch… The Branch was supposed to be opened… but when I arrived it was closed for lunch.. it was still closed at 1.15pm … not impressed… very poor customer service
It’s so silly how they’re close at 1:30 on certain days and Tuesdays closed. Definitely will be changing banks.

Went to Deni for a shop as town had ANZ bank to deposit cheque onto account. Bank closed on a Friday. Nothing closer at the time. Live 110kms away, no ANZ about to go on my way home. Had enough of ANZ as a bank. Luckily, it's just a personal account, so after persevering, all these years of average service will close account immediately.
