Went to Deni for a shop as town had ANZ bank to deposit cheque onto account. Bank closed on a Friday. Nothing closer at the time. Live 110kms away, no ANZ about to go on my way home. Had enough of ANZ as a bank. Luckily, it's just a personal account, so after persevering, all these years of average service will close account immediately.
Had an issue with money getting paid into closed credit account. Hugh & Caitlin’s customer service & client based approach was exceptional. Took initiative & stood up for customer over the organisation. Resolved, & compensated for the error, beyond expectation. Outstanding performance from both. 10/10.
