if I could give half a star I would ask if I could half it again.......one teller (if you can call it that) big line up with 4-5 other staff member sitting at their desks, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST IN THIS BRANCH!!!
Bordering on incompetent... 2 tellers for 20 people waiting.. understaffed, slow and dont give a damn
Bad service, bad attitude, especially the one from India, she’s awful and rude, always so rush, she left while people still talking to her.
Had the best customer service person at the enquiries desk when my housemate and I had little issues needing attention. The young lady made it the most positive banking visit I can recall with her friendly out going nature and her genuine desire to help made my day.
