Now only open 3 days a week! This is my nearest branch more than an hour's drive since the Kingaroy branch closed. If this is the way the ANZ treats long standing customers then it is time I changed banks. I am totally disgusted with the complete lack of service they now provide.
CLOSED for Lunch!!??? When open ZERO SERVICE!! Told by woman with no smile or personality to use ATM to make a deposit?? Why do we have a bank at all!!?? If I could give ZERO Stars I would!!!
4 days per week and closed for lunch. No deposits or teller services after 2pm. What a joke !
Abysmal. Best avoided.
If you like getting no service what so ever this is your bank what an absolute joke..
