The Chinese guy in the counter is very rude
I had a very disappointing experience at this ANZ branch. The customer service was poor — the staff member assisting me appeared confused and unable to answer basic questions or provide clear guidance. The interaction felt unprofessional and left me frustrated rather than helped. I expect better knowledge and support from a major bank. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations.
