Very helpful, and very efficient.
It's crazy that ANZ shut down my home branch at Queanbeyan, and also my nearest branch at Fyshwick. The next closest is Manuka and I can't even deposit or withdraw there. ANZ think it's acceptable for me to move my accounts to Woden. NO THANKS. All accounts are now closed. ANZ won't even sign up for Bank @ Post despite having closed 50% of their branch network since 2020. PROFITS OVER SERVICE is obviously their motto.
One of the worst customer service we experienced in this ANZ branch. We went for signing the loan documents for a ANZ home loan and they are not ready print the loan documents using our loan approval letter. They send us home to print the document and bring it along with us and they asked us to post to Sydney branch, I think only reason for that I'll treatment is we are home loan approved via a mortgage broker. Simply terrible. Multiple staff stood around, one poor worker () was serving everybody. You should be ashamed of this!
