Terrible Service. Rude and uninterested staff. Not welcoming or helpful at all. Was there for a loan appointment yet the person I had the appointment with was not able to help me at all ( so what was I there for).

Went there to verify my personal details following up on an email and sms that I received. Rude person at "reception" told me to take a seat. There was 1 gentleman in front of me who had to return from the previous day of not receiving service. I looked around and saw at least 6 desks with only 1 person trying to sort a customers problem.
