Very disappointing experience at the Wetherill Park branch, and unfortunately this is part of a pattern of poor service I have experienced here. I visited to deposit cash and found only two deposit ATMs, both with long queues. When I tried to approach the teller, I was initially stopped by a staff member (Pri*a) and questioned about the reason for my visit. Friendly service.
Terrible Service. Rude and uninterested staff. Not welcoming or helpful at all. Was there for a loan appointment yet the person I had the appointment with was not able to help me at all ( so what was I there for).
Very rude staff and not welcoming at all. Specially the Asian girl with long hair
