1 star is also very good for this branch. Saturday morning I was waiting for my appointment and staff was busy on phone, one was applying hand cream and another one was busy in talking with her colleague. Now staff is asking me,” What do you want?”, ANZ need to train their rude staff. Even McDonald’s staff is asking their customers “ How can I help you”,. Very rude staff. It seems she is working forcefully. Zero accountability, zero acknowledgement and full of rudeness.
Terrible branch! Very few staff and no one is in a hurry. I dread going in there, every time.
