Went in at 9am in the morning to see why I can’t transfer or withdrawal any money to get it over and done with. Went back and forth as my ID was in the car when I came back the service lady told Lucy (who was assisting me) that I had returned where she then began huffing and puffing away (in a floor to ceiling glass window office) almost as if she didn’t want to her own job? Standing in the teller line writing this review. Only one teller at the front desk (who is on the phone), hasn't seen a customer for at least 15 mins. Multiple staff apart from the single teller scrolling on their phones/sitting at various desks without servicing customers. If we pay higher fees than the neobanks to support a physical presence, can we at least ensure the physical presence is well utilised?

Michael is not a professional individual to be employed in a banking environment. I’m a high net worth person with a large portfolio and a business account since 2009 with ANZ. He was telling me to go to Fairfield to do my business banking because it was too hard for him to do 11 cash deposits. The manager there should also be ashamed of allowing her employee to behave in such manner. Will be taking this matter to corporate anz and the ombudsman.
