While visiting ANZ West Lakes on Friday June 20th, I was disappointed, along with other unhappy customers to find that there were no facilities for over the counter transactions. Of course there was the "hole in the wall/ATM", though! So much for customer service. What next ANZ, robots servicing the dwindling number of branches? Clare.
Staff is not helpful and borderline rude. Manager is not accessible and do not engage with customers. I don’t really understand if people don’t want to deal with customers why they take customer facing jobs.
Queued to see a teller, to be told that THEY DON’T HAVE A TELLER AT THIS BRANCH! A major shopping centre (West Lakes), the only ANZ branch and No teller - this cannot be right! Directed to the one by Arndale. No problem there. I’m used to changing banks guys - looks like I’m on the move again. B Grade service.
I would be ashamed if I worked there. Can't even get a simple business transaction done. Went to another branch, done in 2 minutes.
