Had an issue with activating a new card and the app directed me to see a staff member at a branch so I popped into ANZ Wendouree and they sorted it in minutes.
ATM gave me half a bank note, and staff refused to replace it.
It was the first time I had been in that branch, it is very warm and welcoming. Thanks to Amuj Kumar who assisted me, his service was excellent and it was a very pleasant experience. Top marks.
Excellent service. Anuj Kumar was respectful, calm, and very efficient at managing my request. I really appreciated his capacity to connect and listen, which made it an unexpected enjoyable experience. Thank you so much.
We had extremely pleasant experience banking with ANZ. Anuj is incredibly professional and polite and helped us so much with the documentation process. They maintained prompt communication at all stages and went beyond expectations with service.
