I visited this ANZ branch this morning and left feeling very upset. The staff showed no professionalism, courtesy, or respect. They were dismissive, wouldn’t let me explain why I needed assistance, and came across as ignorant and rude. ANZ really needs to review the customer service standards at this branch. One of the female staff members, in particular, was extremely unprofessional. The office setup is also quite odd—it looks more like a massage room than a bank. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Probably the best branch in Victoria. I’ve always received positive assistance every time I’ve visited. While I understand some issues are due to the banking systems (which are outside the staff’s control), the team here consistently goes above and beyond to help. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Do not trust this bank! This is the second major and final dispute I will have with ANZ as I have since left this bank due to their absolutely appalling behaviour following my brothers passing. Today I looked up where my closest branch was as my local branch has unfortunately closed down. The shopping centre directory on their website stated ANZ branch plus ATM. I walked in to what felt like the Amazon rainforest but without the dangerous and vicious mammals but quickly realized that I think I would prefer to encounter a Jaguar or Piranha in the Amazon than deal with Courtney who emerged from behind some greenery to announce does anyone here have an appointment as we are a specialist hub.
