Great customer servise
Always closed for unexplained reasons. Very unreliable. Business Fast deposit section always closed or out of service. My business money bags on multiple occasions haven’t been deposited. I have had to follow up on numerous occasions to get my business money. Needing to provide proof of deposit slip so they could go back and check cameras. Is an absolute disgrace. No wonder banks are making record profits as I feel like if I didn’t follow up they would have stolen my $$$. Very incompetent branch.
Hire more staff so that customers aren't waiting an hour for service. Seems like banks are gearing up for a cashless society while greedily charging for online transfers, transactions...even EFTPOS. #criminal
I wanted to increase my payment limit. They don’t answer phones, branch doesn’t open during hours working ppl can attend and when they are open it’s several hours of waiting. Iv been trying for 2weeks and can’t speak to anyone. This is the worst bank iv ever encountered!! Not to mention they take ur cash and won’t give u it back in cash
The worst banking experience ever. Visited on 28th December 2023. Went to open a business account but consistently pushed to contact over phone. The first contact person doesn’t know their own processes. Compared to other banks, why mind going there!
