Probably the best branch in Victoria. I’ve always received positive assistance every time I’ve visited. While I understand some issues are due to the banking systems (which are outside the staff’s control), the team here consistently goes above and beyond to help. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Do not trust this bank! This is the second major and final dispute I will have with ANZ as I have since left this bank due to their absolutely appalling behaviour following my brothers passing. Do not bank with ANZ, especially if you find yourself sorting a deceased estate. Today I looked up where my closest branch was as my local branch has unfortunately closed down. The shopping centre directory on their website stated ANZ branch plus ATM. I walked in to what felt like the Amazon rainforest but without the dangerous and vicious mammals but quickly realized that I think I would prefer to encounter a Jaguar or Piranha in the Amazon than deal with Courtney who emerged from behind some greenery to announce does anyone here have an appointment as we are a specialist hub. Pathetic, might as well close this branch. Went in to exchange a damaged 50, told had to go to geelong branch. I have many accounts, business and personal. Might be tine to find a real bank now.
