Had a 5 star experience with Ashton and Farai who offered a professional, informative yet also very friendly and personal experience, with some laughs but also sorted my accounts to help me save and made it thoroughly enjoyable for my 14yo daughter opening up her 1st account.
I’ve just left ANZ Warrnambool and was very disappointed. The greeter at the front door, Ashton, was rude, dismissive and swinging his iPad around in a way that felt arrogant. As a long-time ANZ customer, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. I hope ANZ takes action to improve their customer service.
Utterly frustrating experience in branch today (after having the same issues last week) Few customer facing staff in the whole place and again have to make appointments to complete simple tasks. Coin deposit not working for the gentleman in front of me. Another customer had the other ATM swallow their money. One child wants to deposit their savings and the other wants to open a student account... when did banking become so painfully complex and inconvenient?
