First, my business banks with ANZ, I wouldn’t visit if I am not banking with them. Today I went in doing coin changes, the young lady teller brought back what I need, before doing the verification counting in front of the client (me), the senior banker probably the branch manager, stepped in and just pushed the coins to me expecting I would just take them and leave. No confirmation! How unprofessional he is when it comes to handling money. No! I counted and it ended up the young lady made a mistake and gave the wrong coins. ... read more
Talked to Pranav Pandit and he was amazing, nothing but kindness and really helped me out even though I am a commbank customer ( although maybe not anymore ! )
bad customer service, the lady standing at teller ignore people, feeling unwelcome!!! until one gentle man greeting... in addition... 3:40pm they stop serving!!! looks like they must go home @4pm
We were in a competitive offer situation with multiple offers on the table and a tight subject to finance deadline. Nat, the residential lending manager, was responsive, proactive and clearly understood the urgency. She got our approval through in time and we secured the property. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
Painfully slow every time you have to go in.
