bad customer service, the lady standing at teller ignore people, feeling unwelcome!!! until one gentle man greeting... in addition... 3:40pm they stop serving!!! looks like they must go home @4pm
We were in a competitive offer situation with multiple offers on the table and a tight subject to finance deadline. Nat, the residential lending manager, was responsive, proactive and clearly understood the urgency. She got our approval through in time and we secured the property. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
Painfully slow every time you have to go in.
Avoid this place like the plague. Must unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Happy to recommend any other bank but steer clear of anz
