The staff are pleasant enough, but be warned, don’t come here to see a customer service representative unless you have at at least an hour to spare- their systems and processes are incredibly tedious.
Last day of being a customer. Lock my account after business hours. and cant do anything about it. Have to wait till 930 am to go verify my account because of some new idea of verification. Wont be back!!!!!
Worst customer service, not enough staff to assist
Kind and welcoming staff that are always smiling.
Wasn't very impressed to turn up for my appointment made last week on time only for someone to walk in behind me and let the concierge know that the person I had an appointment with had just called her and asked her to come down straight away and then left me sitting there for nearly 20 mins with no apology or explanation before someone else saw me and assisted
