Wasn't very impressed to turn up for my appointment made last week on time only for someone to walk in behind me and let the concierge know that the person I had an appointment with had just called her and asked her to come down straight away and then left me sitting there for nearly 20 mins with no apology or explanation before someone else saw me and assisted

To the women in the business centre, when speaking with someone you have never met before in such a hostile manner, maybe you will think twice as you have no idea what might be happening in their life. Thank goodness for the lovely customer service I am able to receive via the ANZ website and over the phone. I will no longer have a need to step foot into the Wagga ANZ branch again.

Long waiting to be answered in phone. Just wanted to ask a simple question. Online services have long waiting time too. Had ordered online statement which said 2 business days but took more than 5 to be issued. Shameful!
