Poor service and guidance
the feeling is good and clean and they offer sofa bench for you to wait for the services but i guess not enough staffs here, only one staff handling the the counter but good some staffs are coming out and help you with, the staffs are polite and friendly here though don’t under why the app down service at the time.. unley anz rating of mine: 4.3
Appallingly unavailable for anything …too hard basket
Excellent and efficient personal service. Particularly pleasing after wretched online non-service!
Worst banking experience, something so simple yet made exceptionally difficult. Staff were rude and useless. At one point even making commentary about my husband and I not realising he was still in the branch waiting for an appointment to do a transfer. Because they won’t let you transfer your own money online and then have the audacity to require an appointment and charge you. Absolutely outrageous and will be moving all our banking elsewhere, I know full well this does not matter to them but would hate to have to even step... read more
