Excellent and efficient personal service. Particularly pleasing after wretched online non-service!
Worst banking experience, something so simple yet made exceptionally difficult. Staff were rude and useless. At one point even making commentary about my husband and I not realising he was still in the branch waiting for an appointment to do a transfer. Because they won’t let you transfer your own money online and then have the audacity to require an appointment and charge you. Since reopening after their renovations this branch has gone backwards. Apart from having to answer more questions than in the census to access your own funds getting past the gatekeeper is a challenge in itself. Having approached the teller I was told "I am on the phone you will need to sit down". After being told by the gate keeper I could not withdraw from my personal account but could from my business account I decided to leave. Took my baby and myself arrived, with all documents necessary to open an account. No one available and told to go to Gouger. Clearly not family friendly, no more walk ins. Might close my other accounts, call self a bank not very Australian…
Customer service finds new depths.... Tried to bank a cheque that the ATM wouldn't read on Christmas Eve - bank was shut in the middle of the day so no branch team to help. Returned today and the goal keeper guy at the front who is desperately trying to avoid people using anything other than the ATM tried three times in the machine and still it wouldn't read (must be an optimist).
