Big shout out to wonderful teller called Pattie ,when i was a manager team leader ,i look for great customer service ,warm friendly so helpful ,Pattie really helped us both after the effects of chemo and radiation ,real person ,a human like every one in the line ... i was standing in the line so stressed by past trauma and abused ,,, Pattie went out of way she listen heloed with the kindness respect towards my termially ill hubby John ...my cry for help was answered and listen too ...meanwhile in the line these multi million... read more
Just to clarify, the 5 stars rating is specifically for the staff at the branch that have provided excellent face to face services. Esp Helen (Thank you!). ANZ bank as a whole? 0 stars, especially since they revamped their business banking services and moved them either interstate or via phone services only. An access issue took me multiple phone calls, given wrong advice and wrong forms via the phone calls each time, and only got sorted when I was ably assisted by a branch staff, even though they are technically meant to be... read more
