Cannot log in to the ANZ app as I cannot remember my CRN. Ring the help line and can be identified by my mobile number, but then asked to put in my CRN - no human help. Now have to wait until Friday to go to a outlet as today is a Bank holiday. Glad I am not overseas.

There are no tellers at this bank, if you want to make a deposit in cash or get cash out, go to a different branch. Crazy being told that your bank has ‘no cash’.
Went to make a deposit, both machines were not available for deposits. Terrible customer service. I felt unwelcome by an unfriendly customer service attendant.
Branch does not exist If it does exist it can not be located. It has no visible signage. Photos available on google are old photos where the branch was once located. No longer located there. Went searching for 45 minutes looking for branch after leaving work early to set up account for my daughter. Then when unable to find branch, spent over an hour on phone to ANZ waiting to talk to someone. Was told I needed to visit branch face to face.
