There are no tellers at this bank, if you want to make a deposit in cash or get cash out, go to a different branch. Crazy being told that your bank has ‘no cash’.
Went to make a deposit, both machines were not available for deposits. Terrible customer service. I felt unwelcome by an unfriendly customer service attendant.
Branch does not exist If it does exist it can not be located. It has no visible signage. Photos available on google are old photos where the branch was once located. No longer located there. Went searching for 45 minutes looking for branch after leaving work early to set up account for my daughter. Then when unable to find branch, spent over an hour on phone to ANZ waiting to talk to someone. Was told I needed to visit branch face to face. atms never work and never allow you to deposit cash, even when the branch is open and you ask the staff for assistance they tell you there’s nothing they can do and offer no help.
