After thirty plus years looking for another bank. Not the staff! Its the banks heavy handed policy-making and threats. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER Its a joke!
ANZ plan is working. Discouraging ppl from coming into the branch. Only one customer service person serving if you’d like to withdraw money. Don’t bother unless you like lines and have plenty of time.
They are CLOSED and the building has been sold.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 1 teller and after 1/2 hour in line ( Im not kidding) someone came over and asked if I wanted to use the ATM!!!! There were 6 people behind me, all waiting. Not even an apology. And yet, there were plenty of people wandering around holding a single piece of paper-doing nothing! of course. All I wanted to do was deposit some cash- took about 1 minute. Zero customer service. Needless to say, I'm no longer an ANZ customer.
