Not good Service. Asking something never got good Advice.
Since they moved inside shopping centre, many services have been cancelled. Every time I need help, they send me to the ATM. Two days ago, I wanted to deposit coins, I was told the coins tray was full, so I wasn't able to deposit. This morning I want to withdrawal notes, both ATM cancelled this function! I don't know what are the staff doing ?? Just hiding in the office and ask for mortgage and insurance???
Wow. A branch with people who actually care. I arrived close to closing time with some urgent paperwork to be filled out which I needed assistance with, and was met with professionalism and a sense of urgency from the staff here. Stephen in particular took on my case, took the time to familiarise himself with what needed to be done and went above and beyond in working through it with me. He and the staff really cared about my personal situation and kept looking for solutions in a time sensitive situation, rather than give up... read more
