They consider this branch a "Specialist Hub", however I don't feel it was very special at all: They don't accept cash deposits over the counter because they "don't have tellers"; I was told I had to deposit using the ATM. When I did so, one of the bank notes was rejected (it wasn't damaged at all), when I asked if there was another way to deposit it, they said no. The staff and service are great, no complaints there. The only issue is the address description on Google, it says “ground floor,” but it is actually on the second lower ground floor, same level as Woolworths and the famous bánh mì shop, right next to NAB. I walked around for almost an hour looking for it on ground floor. Would be super helpful if this could be updated so others don’t get lost
Since there’s no counter service available at this branch, you’d expect the ATM to at least work properly. But every time I try to deposit cash, it keeps saying “cannot read your notes.” Extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Please update or service the machines—this is basic banking
