Do not come to this branch if you need customer service or have an accent staff are very rude and poorly trained, I witnessed a older gentleman explain very clearly what he needed help with the the front staff member Ruby and she kept ignoring his request trying to push it off to someone else, I watched a contract point this out to a staff member her name was Tayla and her response was, 'I dont care i gave other things to do', I then watched this gentleman repeatedly explain very clearly what he needed till he got frustrated... read more
