I was going to give no stars for the ANZ system and poor performance and customer service! but I still given one star for the maneger. My account was some money missed, I called the ANZ, they told me to go to a branch to resolve the problem. I went to Tarneit branch. The guy who severed the front desk heard me, instead to make a internal phone call to easily resolve the situation, he gave me a phone number to call, I have called the number and waited over an hour, someone on the other side of the phone heard me and again sai... read more
