Great dealing with Carmen Croce.
Poor management, unprofessional - rude staff, and no initiative to assist in resolving issues. An employee named Siddharth is unfit to work there. He refused and was unwilling to help us open an account for our third child, who is 17 years old. This is not the first time we have encountered unprofessional behavior from this male employee. We were forced to go to another branch, where, thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and manager, our child was finally able to open a bank account at other branch. We had an appointment with this branch. Mrs Carmen Croce helped us during the appointment. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and acts professionally. She really puts times for the customers and she is very keen to answer the questions.
