I only use this bank for minimal service. Because of their utter Arrogance, rude and disingenuous attitude towards their customers. I moved all my important banking to NAB.. ANZ Bank not good.
Very rude staff. Not happy with the service. Delayed response and unprofessional behavior. Definitely needs improvement.
I had 15mins appointment booked at 12pm which I was not sure that it was 15 min appointment for ID verification. I reached there by 12.10pm because I had to use public transport and I had 6months baby. The guy infront was not ready to take my appointment as he was already busy with other customers and he is the one to verify my ID. They TOLD me that I need to rebook appointment as I miss it. Really !!! though the bank was not busy at all. If 15 mins was allocated to me why was he busy with other customers? Why didn’t he wait... read more
