Best ANZ Branch in Australia and New Zealand! The service from Maria and Hendi have been 6 stars and they know how to look after their customers. Been here 5 times and every time it’s been nothing short of smooth sailing. These guys are super efficient and professional
The whole team of this branch has poor customer service and unhelpful especially the Indian woman and the Chinese man. They could let the customer waited for 10 mins and after that ask me to make an appointment even no customer in the branch. The worst thing was took an hour to closing the account. Never ever again with ANZ bank.
