While the staff are friendly and helpful, the fact that this bank is not open regular business hours 9-5:30 and on a Saturday at all makes it quite impossible for people who work full time to fit in a visit between the hours of 9:30-4pm Mon-Fri. ANZ need to consider making services more accessible over the phone if they can’t support opening their branches so clients can have assistance.

If they offer to sign you up to ANZplus DONT. They will sign you up but not help with any queries or help as they don't know anything about it. Spent an hour on hold to be told they don't know. And went to the branch that signed me up to be told the exact same thing. Absolute run around. Everything has to be done in the app and they avoid talking to you as much as possible. Hopeless. Rude. Don’t serve you unless you have an appointment in 5 days time. Maya should be fired. Awful customer service. Said I could sit and wait all day but won’t be seen. Think I will take my funds elsewhere!
