Staff are badly trained as they seem to have very poor knowledge of the bank's products
Counter/Teller service is so slow, big line and wont open another teller, but have 5 people doing customer setvice....very dissapointing.
Staff are good, but the ATM’s falsely advertise they are “smart” when they’re not. Can’t deposit money or cheques with them. Disappointing
Usually the staff at this branch are representative of one ethnic group. I used to find that annoying. Being a multicultural society, I would like to see a variety of ethnic cultures as staff. Today it happened! I felt like my ethnicity was valued by the ANZ group.
