It has been 40 days since I visited the branch to open up a estate of account for my late husband. Nothing’s happened don’t know what’s happened. Absolute utter incompetence to treat a wither like this is absolutely disgusting! I was originally told they had everything all in place and will be set up within a couple of days.
The coin deposit machine always incorrectly counts coins. Sometimes the same happens with cash deposits. I always have to video record my deposit to prove the amount of cash in case they try and take it. When you try and deposit at the desk they roll their eyes like "just use the machine". Awful
Staff are badly trained as they seem to have very poor knowledge of the bank's products
Counter/Teller service is so slow, big line and wont open another teller, but have 5 people doing customer setvice....very dissapointing.
Staff are good, but the ATM’s falsely advertise they are “smart” when they’re not. Can’t deposit money or cheques with them. Disappointing
