I don't have to see you again today
Today I visited ANZ Sunshine Branch and met with the Managers Cat and Amy who helped me to complete an urgent payment to China and they were so helpful because I was worried my funds would not go through as I am travelling in a few days. I was in a very big hurry but the two ladies were so helpful to me. I really appreciate how they helped me so quickly and will recommend their services to anybody. 10/10 for their service! I had a bit of a bad experience with the branch to start off with due to an internal miscommunication but after complaining I realised that the miscommunication occurred due to good intentions. Once it was noted they did everything I needed and I am thankful for that.
Don't help customer regarding card application, unhappy
