Worse customer service, only caters to Asian customers and completely ignored all other races. Very biased staff and laughed at me when I asked for envelope to put thousands of $ in.
Very unprofessional, won’t answer the phone. Kept answering an hanging up straight away at 10.30am. Don’t waste your time with this branch.
Lin is very professional and patient, knowledgeable. She cares and listen to us. I’m glad that we have her to do our mortgage. she makes the whole process easier and straight forward. Very exceptional service through whole of lending journey .Highly recommend.
