Ask for help to check the past transaction, the skinny male staff tried to avoid help , the senior female staff did the same with cold face. Horrible experience, compared with other bank, this branch did not really care customers at all

I've had about three visits to this branch, and each time, I felt the staff's lack of sincerity in their consultations and their eagerness to quickly conclude discussions. Despite being told to wait for the results at home, I haven't heard anything for several days, and my emails remain unanswered. It's a bank that provides extremely poor and unreliable service, making me never want to visit again.
