I was very disappointed with my experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was asked to wait while walk-in customers were served ahead of me. This undermined the purpose of making an appointment and was quite frustrating. I hope the business can improve how they manage and prioritise bookings in the future.
Delayed review but the lady at the front is absolutely hopeless. I explained a issue of missing money she said she couldn't see anything upon showing the app. Yet another worker and manager sat down with me and confirmed $150 being held by bank that was available earlier.
I visited this anz shortly today. They were very kind and They were very eye contacted to customer and help quickly. I really prefer to visit here again more than visit any other anz near by my place bcoz It was faster than any other place. (I used anz bank for 20years.)
