Fantastic service had at ANZ in the Sunnybank Hills shopping centre. My wife and I were looked after by Lillian. She was so helpful and patient and was able to tell us exactly what needed to be done in our situation. I wish that all bank employees were like her. Great job anz, employing staff like Lillian as will only make you a better bank.
I have been there 1 hours till they release my bank guarantee 3 persons they didn’t know how can do it .
I tried to use the ATM outside before business hours to get a cash advance, but after I inserted my card, it got stuck inside the machine and didn’t come out. My card is still inside the ATM. There was an Asian female 40's staff member inside the branch, and I explained the situation, but they just told me to come back tomorrow.
