Really poor service, not helpful at all & quite rude
I had a great experience at the ANZ Sunnybank branch today. Flora provided excellent service while assisting us with our transfer setup. She was very patient, friendly, and professional throughout the process. Even though the app setup did not work successfully at first, she took the time to help us and answer all our questions. She even gave us her business card and told us we could contact her if we needed further assistance. Thank you, Flora, for your wonderful service!
Very terrible service
Extremely poor experience. I’ve visited this branch twice the receptionist and staff were arrogant and unhelpful. There is a complete lack of customer service here. Waiting is fine but being treated with such I professionalism is not. Avoid this branch is you actually need assistance.
