I recently completed a refinancing process with ANZ, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional support I received from my banker, Vivian Zhang. Every staff member is very friendly and approachable! Lisa was very knowledgeable on home loan process and market situations, smooth process overall with honest informations. Loved the service :)
