Considering switching banks. ANZ ATMS regularly can’t verify the notes deposited and this “bank” cannot exchange the notes that the atm could not recognise. No physical cashier to manually count the deposit that the ATM can’t count. Low intelligence staff, can’t problem solve to resolve the issue and would rather send their customers away unsatisfied. Never heard of a bank that “cannot access the physical money”.

Garbage service needed cash 5k out of bank waited 40 mins , wished I brought the shot gun
If we are going to dis improve the bank could we please put some more ATM's that work, atm lines always, ATM's rarely able to deposit cash as always some fault
