What’s the point of having a bank if you can’t withdraw your money in branch? Went in to withdraw just to be told only can use the ATM and have a limit of 2.5k per card per day. Ridiculous
Good service helped me set up a new bank account
Considering switching banks. ANZ ATMS regularly can’t verify the notes deposited and this “bank” cannot exchange the notes that the atm could not recognise. No physical cashier to manually count the deposit that the ATM can’t count. Low intelligence staff, can’t problem solve to resolve the issue and would rather send their customers away unsatisfied. Never heard of a bank that “cannot access the physical money”.
