Worst customer service ever.. if I could give 0 stars, I would. The two Korean women (one of their name was Lisa) was so incredibly condescending and arrogant. I had an issue that could've been resolved within 10 minutes, but since Lisa refused to listen to my explanation, it took 30-40 minutes. Not to mention that they didn’t apologise for making a mistake with setting up my card incorrectly. Horrible and incompetent staff.

This is for YUAN LI. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything so easy for me. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and I appreciate her excellent customer service.

I was very disappointed by the nervous response and incompetence of Peter, an employee at the ANZ Strathfield branch. Remember, there are many employees who can replace Peter himself! He said he worked for 10 years, but I think he's worse than the new employee who worked for a week. I hope he's ashamed to be paid.
