never have enough staff on for the amount of customers waiting. Had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to make a withdrawal with the teller as they only had one window open not to mention the 10 people sitting in the waiting area already. Closed all accounts with the branch and will be banking elsewhere.
Avoid banking with ANZ Once my family members issue is resolved with their account they will be banking elsewhere! Stuff members will not let a customer explain the situation and will shut them down by talking over the top of them ! Stuff members are very rude,arigent and abrupt
The staff is nice. But I need to transfer money to my son. I have to wait more than 3 hours. It's very funny.
Poor service and unhelpful staff! I'm a long term customer that will now look to move my business to another bank that values it's customers.
Very polite staff but wouldn't have a clue on how to help a customer open and access an account. Was there 4 times trying to access a cheque I had deposited into a new account they had created in store with me and each time issues with log in, security, passwords, phone codes not being sent, daily limits and each time told to go home the issue had been resolved.
