ANZ, you need to do better. Customer service needs to improve considerably and the policy performance and your teams ability to understand them and educate people falls very short of an acceptable standard. Below the line service, back handed statements, inappropriate follow ups, all after you run your long term elderly customers through the ringer is never going to be acceptable. I feel for those who dont have someone to advocate for them.
I would like to respectfully provide feedback regarding the service experience at the bank counter. No matter what time of day I visit, there always seems to be a long queue, which results in a significant amount of waiting time. While I understand that banks can be busy, the current situation feels consistently inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming for customers.
