Thanks to her clear analysis, we were able to choose the best option. She also introduced us to other banking products, and I really liked the ones she recommended. Excellent service!

Just awful. Waiting over an hour in the Southland branch to close a business account that’s gone into liquidation and appalling time wasting. I’ve banked with 3 of the major banks and this ineptitude is unacceptable. Close your accounts and get out of ANZ.
When the queue to get in at 9:30am is literally out the door and around the corner, it might be a clue that opening a bit earlier is what your customers want...
