If you have a problem you can't fix yourself don't bother going here. When you call they tell you to visit a branch and when you go in they tell you to call their Hotline.
Awful experience. Unsure why you need to book an appointment for a simple task. Nobody knew how to help and concierge was super unfriendly. You’re front of house, put a smile on your face.
Worst customer service. Tried applying and getting info for a business loan it has taken them 5 days to just to send an email and still I have not received it yet. After 5 days I sent a message to Rohit the business loan manager about why I am not receiving the email to get the information, he keeps saying it bounces on the email which is a lie as I am receiving other emails fine and then he says you should try other banks. It is unacceptable for the Southland branch staff to close at 3:58. It was not the closing time. No retail shop does it.
How useless has ANZ become???? Staff at Southland are terrible and zero help. Keep pointing you online where the help is hopeless and just can’t get answers from anyone. Absolutely disgraceful.
