I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from the team at ANZ, especially from Katherine Dalloul. Katherine was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me with all of my banking needs, answered every question with care, and made everything so much easier. I truly appreciate her support and dedication.
Very poor customer service. I was waiting there more than 10 mins, along the waiting time there were about 5 people behind me on the queue, finally a male staff came, strangely he started talking to people from the bottom of the queue, that is so unprofessional behaviour, I was the first in but was last to be served. Terrible experience in anz Southland branch
Staff was very helpful and professional filling in for colleague not available, saving me a wait time.
The worst bank — the service is shocking, and none of them have a clue what they’re doing. It’s really, really bad. If I could give them zero, I would. I went there a couple of days ago to reduce my mortgage and filled out the form. The lady had no idea what she was doing. I even said, “i fill out a form,” but she said she didn’t the form . Later, I asked another staff member, and she said, “You’re right — we do need a form to reduce your mortgage.” I checked my bank account, and nothing has been fixed.
