How useless has ANZ become???? Staff at Southland are terrible and zero help. Keep pointing you online where the help is hopeless and just can’t get answers from anyone. Absolutely disgraceful.
I found the staff to be lacking in knowledge for helping me open a trust account. Not only in the branch but also a following phone call from a more senior member of staff. There was no responsibilty taken. I also felt that the staff in the store were quite male chauvinistic. I have lost all confidence in their capabilities with helping me so I will be going to another branch to open my account.
Terrible service, place is cull of staff and only one teller, seriously, it looks intentional really does, forcing all to avoid going to banks, shameful.
Cynthia was professional, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me make informed financial decisions. She took the time to understand my needs and recommended a few products I wasn’t even aware of, which ended up being really helpful for my savings and future planning. I appreciated her clear explanations and how easy she made everything feel. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy!
