Lost 10k from my account. Never helped me , lost 2k from NAB account and they paid out of their own pocket.
One staff member Annabelle was nice. The other 2 were quite rude. Glad I do not bank with ANZ
I had some very important banking that I needed to do in person. I came to this branch during trading hours (Friday, 4th oct 2024) and the door was locked and no one was inside. Very unprofessional.
