Thorough, personal, clear and informative. Really friendly service that went way above and beyond, best experience I’ve ever had in a bank. Forgive me for forgetting their name I am exhausted from travel, but they were more or less on their own at 3pm on the 29/05/2025 and deserve a raise!
Their manager Jenny gave terrible customer service and could hear the branch manager screaming.
Terrible experience. I came here to use the ATM at 9:30 PM, and the access doors to the branch were locked. It’s frustrating—ATMs are supposed to be available 24/7. No wonder this bank is struggling with service like this. Get it together, folks.
Went there at around 2pm to sort out an inquiry about my credit card. Was told I need to make an appointment and told me the next available one is 2:30pm. Went back at the said time and close to 2:45pm, I am still waiting. The guy who’s supposed to handle my inquiry just sat there staring at the screen. Even if he’s onto something, he’s aware that I was waiting. Seriously….
