Collectively the worst banking experiences I’ve had are all with this branch and ANZ in general. There’s always 1-2 tellers and a queue of 8+ (takes 30 mins or so to see a teller). They know they need more tellers but won’t bring on more because it’s “a business decision” all while they always have banking services people sitting around doing nothing.
Thorough, personal, clear and informative. Really friendly service that went way above and beyond, best experience I’ve ever had in a bank. Forgive me for forgetting their name I am exhausted from travel, but they were more or less on their own at 3pm on the 29/05/2025 and deserve a raise!
Their manager Jenny gave terrible customer service and could hear the branch manager screaming.
Terrible experience. I came here to use the ATM at 9:30 PM, and the access doors to the branch were locked. It’s frustrating—ATMs are supposed to be available 24/7. No wonder this bank is struggling with service like this. Get it together, folks.
