There may come a day where the Business Cash Machine actually issues me the final $1 coin I’m owed when doing change, but it’s certainly not this day (nor the previous 10 times I’ve used it). Yeah, $1 is not a lot, but if you keep doing it over and over again, exploiting people’s indifference for a small sum, it ends up being a lot.
Had really good time there. This is the best ANZ bank I've ever been to. The interior is spacious and very impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there aren't long queues, ensuring you get what you need quickly.
It is with huge disappointment that, since my first time coming to Australia and opening a bank account under the age of 18 together with my dad (who does not live in Australia), I am now facing this issue where ANZ has restricted my account! I'm not one for generally posting reviews but felt compelled to do this in recognition of the outstanding service provided by Trinity from the ANZ Branch Royal Bank in Collins Street. Arriving from New Zealand we were fortunate enough to have Trinity assigned to us for our first appointment. Her level of customer care and expertise in setting up our Australian accounts and cards was simply outstanding.
