Trinity foo is an expert at her job she is very knowledgeable on a range of topics and helps you know exactly what account are set up. She is very professional and made the experience at ANZ both welcoming educative and Efficient. Best experience I have had of the bank in my lifetime. Would come again.
Very disappointing service. I ordered a credit card but it was never delivered. Called 3 times to follow up. Was told to wait a bit longer, which was over the advertised 3-7 working days time. When I complained I was asked if like to cancel the credit card all together. Wow.
Very fast service, want to specially thank Nadiia for helping me organise my statements. Kind and knowledgeable, introduced me to a few other products with ANZ as well.
