The service is getting worse. Very bad customer service at the moment. Was really good before. Now the front customer service is very poor. I am switching all my home loans around 7 or 8 loans away from them. Been with them for many years and now I am moving on. So bad, will not recommend anyone.
A prime example of the de-evolution of customer-centric retail. Feels like walking into a business in the process of boarding up their windows and claiming bankruptcy - all while interrogating you about why you want access to your own money. I’ve been to derelict buildings with more charm than this branch. Bring back the branch experience of old. Especially in a building with such a rich history!
