This is not really a bank - they need DAYS notice if you want to withdraw an amount to pay tradesmen - teller staff are rare and give after two. Try ringing - it’s hopeless.
Very helpful and patient. Also very knowledgeable. Thanks David for helping me navigate the quagmire of an aging parent’s banking issues. Much appreciated.
Extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Went above and beyond. I think her name was Alisha (sorry I have forgotten!).
Terrible I was told to close my account and stay with Bendigo bank!!!
