Attended the branch last week and was told to use the A TM to deposit cash. No 1, ANZ’s ATM was so bad spitting out money after I used it last time. Then the staff told me that they don’t handle cash anymore. So what is the point of having the branch opened? Just to open new accounts to meet your target? If I could give zero stars, I would. Today I tried to make a simple transfer, and instead of helping me, ANZ decided to block the transaction. I called customer service expecting support, but the agent started asking me intrusive personal questions in a rude and suspicious tone — without even explaining why. Then suddenly, she told me my account would be closed. Just like that — no reason, no warning, no option to cancel. Adam was amazing! I struggle using the ATM for cash deposit and he walked me through this step-by-step making the whole process easy and seamless so if you’re ever in the area at this particular branch say Adam and he is just a superstar
