I have been an ANZ customer for a few years now and they have been one of the most disappointing banks I’ve dealt with. The mobile app is clunky and nowhere near as user-friendly as competitors like CBA. Phone support has also been underwhelming as the customer service specialists I’ve spoken to often seem less professional and less well-trained compared to other banks.
