I opened a new account and walked in to make sure that I can have an appointment in the coming days but I was able to do my transactions right there and then. The staff are helpful and approachable. No reason for any complaint really. I hope that they will stay open in Roma.
anz is terrible so bad for example they shut so soon they were nasty and my farther banks there and said he had enough of it closing even if it was business hours and he rang up complaining and asking when it was open and the terrible employee had said it was closed on Wednesday and Thursday when it was opened and they also said Friday was open and even though the new Friday closed i wouldn't recommend it for anyone
The Roma branch of the ANZ are very helpful. They even know your name if you bank with them. The branch is clean and open to allow you the user to gain a helping hand. The staff are ever willing to help you.
