I have made 2 app to see someone about our loan and both times apparently the system has been down. 2nd time my app had started and the lady was just sitting at her desk on her phone another lady had to tell her that we were waiting. If the system is down why in hell wouldn't they call to rebook the app. Might change banks this place is a joke can never get stuff done right away and the staff are extremely useless.
I have just visited this branch with $40 of coin to put thru the machine. Was told by a gentleman that I was unable to do so as its broken. I said I will go to teller he stated I couldn't as they are unable to take coin. I left disgusted. I qasnt quick enough or I should have said...it's legal tender and you should be obliged to take it.
