Terrible customer service
Most disgusting bank manager I have ever dealt with said her she was offended said I do the banking and my husband works she was offended if you are going to be so sensitive to he /she pronouns you shouldn’t be in Management why anz would put someone like that in management is astounding the last manager was fantastic
Limited hours. Have to stand up and wait in queue for a VERY long time. No offer of seat. And no seats accessible. Feel like a robot just standing there waiting in a line. Banks have no interest in customer service these days sadly.
