Would NOT waste my dying breath with this bank. If they have no star's I would have put that. Wanted to put cash in my account, simple right? Rude in a silent aggressive way, always pushing people towards the ATM machines and never allowing an option, even if the customer needs to talk to an employee to check for the correct account numbers for the correct account name.... doesn't matter, you better make sure you have the correct details cause if you accidentally put money into the wrong account through their ATM, ANZ will now not be held responsible. Multiple times the coin counting machine was not functioning. Phoned in advance, multiple times, to check the availability of machine but the phone call was not answered.
Terrible customer service
Most disgusting bank manager I have ever dealt with said her she was offended said I do the banking and my husband works she was offended if you are going to be so sensitive to he /she pronouns you shouldn’t be in Management why anz would put someone like that in management is astounding the last manager was fantastic
