Terrible customer service. Every time I have been in the staff are either disinterested and don’t even make eye contact when talking to you, or they don’t appear to know how to do their job. Then you have to wait for the supervisor to come and train them in front of you taking a long time to do simple tasks. This is the only ANZ branch in the South Canberra region I’ve been to with such poor customer service. I will continue to bank with ANZ but I will head to a different branch.

"ATM OUT OF CASH". For the 3rd consecutive Saturday morning there is no cash, and therefore no withdrawals permitted via their ATM!! Obviously the Branch Manager is more concerned about making budget, and has cut costs by not paying for cash deliveries by Armaguard. Obviously ANZ is not concerned about service!! I'm sick of this pathetic lack of service. Admittedly the service at ANZ Queanbeyan is far superior to ANZ Manuka. But if you have an ATM, put cash in the bloody thing!!

If you want to be a number and not to be treated like a human, come here. Where did customer service go? You want my business I'm not making an appointment to open an account for my children.
