I was assisted by Roula and Manager Claire They were tremendous in dealing the with high number of walk ins, with a polite helpful "can do " attitude I had a booking, they were apologetic when that was delayed a little due to another customers complicated issue Roula was tremendous with dealing with my issues related to a new account and dealing with matters related to my parents Clear , easy explanations that got me sorted , thanks folks; job well done !!!!
