Visited this morning regarding my business issues. Luckie is great and quick with his work. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Couldn't say thank you enough. Highly recommended .
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Pavle and Maria who absolutely went above and beyond to aid in me in my minor mishap in changing my credit card. He helped escalate the issue, get my points transferred and addressed the issues I had with the ANZ App. Excellent work Pavle and I will definitely be coming back to your branch for any other queries and recommend your outstanding customer service to others banking with ANZ.
