Amazing service by Ann in pirie. Anz customer service through 131314 is awful! The system referred me to app, which i dont have installed on this phone. Referred me to website then hung up on me! Absolutely frustrated that I couldn't get past the automated menu. I rang the 131314 back it verified my telephone number after i refused to speak but the enquiry wasn't for me!! Not sure if it is ANZ in general or just the Pt Pirie branch. But after 20 years with ANZ I am over the crappy customer service of the last few years, and am moving banks.
