Can't phone the Branch to make an appointment, must drive there from Salisbury and make it, then hang around the Shopping centre till its time to cross the road again I have the phone number but it just rings out.....
ANZ your a disgrace, besides having no staff, zero customer service, I now find out that the ATMs are not Available to use , banking hours only, what a joke
Really? Making fun of someone with an accent? I saw the manager and a worker quietly laughing at a man who had a thick accent. Thats beyond unprofessional and extremely racist. People can see this behaviour, and yous openly display that kind of attitude infront of your customers. So gross.
