I visited the Pakenham branch to open my bank account and Sonali was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly, easy to communicate with and explained everything clearly. As an international student, understanding bank products and what we are signing up for is very important and she made the whole process simple and stress free. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she took the time to ensure I understood everything. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Sonali your experience will be great.
Sonali is extremely professional and has a wonderful presence. The ANZ Pakenham branch feels like it runs smoothly because she is always at the forefront. As a business owner who sees her regularly, I’ve noticed her consistently positive attitude and genuine nature qualities I haven’t often seen elsewhere at ANZ. In my opinion, she would make an excellent Branch Manager.
Highly recommended. I had some problems with my credit card and when I went i met Sonali. She was very helpful and was very friendly. She continued to help me until the provlen was solved.
I had a disappointing experience with SONALI during my recent interaction. SONALI was supposed to help resolve my payment issue, but her approach was unhelpful and lacked professionalism. SONALI's attitude was down-to-earth, but unfortunately, that didn't translate into effective assistance. So ANZ need to teach there staff properly, also i have couple loan accounts and family accounts with ANZ so finally, I changed all of them to commonwelth bank. Staff needs professional skills Staff is there fill the hours not to help people I have ask the anz head office to complaint the email They said we will not give you The assistant branch said to me they will not help me they want me yo book appointment for next day I wasted my 2 hours Every time I have in this branch none of the positive work is not getting done There phone number is not working at all I call 25 times I have call records Please change staff We need anz to look at this brannch very seriously
