today at this ANZ branch. I went in to deposit a jar of coins into my account, and the staff member handling the transaction clumsily spilled the entire jar everywhere. Am wanting to extend my appreciation to three staff members at ANZ Springfield; for their tireless and professional work ethic, for assisting me with my previous enquiries. These members are Gemma, Lachlan and Julia. Their friendly and approachable demeanour make it an absolute pleasure to go to ANZ Springfield; knowing they are there and that I am always in good hands with my enquiries.
