At least greet the customers!!! This much courtesy should be learned by the teller!! Did business banking after waiting for 20mins!! Just looking and not even hello! Dumb people!!!
Anz has no customer service at all at Orion Springfield Qld. I don’t know its the bad management or what. No one cares about you seems like they don’t want to do the job.
I hope this branch gets closed down, terrible staff interaction. don’t think even the the staff want to work here, they looked like they had no soul anyways would rather poke my eyes out with a fork then come back again
I deposit $20 into my account on Saturday 27/09/2024 at 8.45am using the ATM machine outside the branch. I checked my account but the amount was not showing. I reported this when the branched opened at 9.30am. It's been 5 days since I have nit received a response from the bank as yet.
Amazing customer service ignore the negative reviews this is a solid Branch :)
