Did not appreciate being loudly called out for walking past a certain area in the branch that had no kind of visual segregation. Train your staff and put signs up if you you don't want people in your branch.
Staff is really friendly and helpful make things easy
I had the best experience today with the young fella Julian. He had great customer service and helped me quickly. If you go into the Orion branch I recommend seeing him he is definitely an asset to their team. Keep up the good work mate.
At least greet the customers!!! This much courtesy should be learned by the teller!! Did business banking after waiting for 20mins!! Just looking and not even hello! Dumb people!!!
