Staff member at their front help desk was unprofessional. Will go elsewhere in future.
I needed urgent assistance today and walked into the Northpark branch without an appointment. Zico was incredibly kind and patient and offered to help right away, quickly solving my problem. I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for Zico’s exceptional service and professionalism.
Bad service and attitude
Walked in to get cash and they don't keep cash there. Closest ANZ bank that i can get cash apparently is norwood. Ridiculous you can't walk into a bank and get your money out! I'll be shutting my accounts with you.
If I can give 0 I would. This branch is unable to resolve problems quick enough. Had to wait for weeks to investigate the money i deposited in their branch and never get deposited into my account. Never pick up phone calls either
