Bad service and attitude
Walked in to get cash and they don't keep cash there. Closest ANZ bank that i can get cash apparently is norwood. Ridiculous you can't walk into a bank and get your money out! I'll be shutting my accounts with you.
If I can give 0 I would. This branch is unable to resolve problems quick enough. Had to wait for weeks to investigate the money i deposited in their branch and never get deposited into my account. Never pick up phone calls either
Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid if Possible. Can't rate in minus or zero. I had the worst experience at ANZ branch at NorthPark. The customer service was beyond frustrating - unhelpful staff not all but this is for particular who has supported me, and a complete lack of urgency. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting, it seemed I am in need and had to wait long time to do transaction. I have visited other branches but never faced any issue and always welcoming staff at other places.
