We recently opened an ANZ Plus account for my wife. At no stage were we advised that you do not have a customer service telephone number to call should you have any queries. Since waiting on the ANZ call centre for 50 minutes, I was advised about this issue. So the only way you can query anything is to send a message via the app ! Be aware if you open an ANZ Plus account this is what you are facing, ir talking to a robot 🥵🥵
Very UN-HELP-FUL STAFF, WASTED MY TIME
Worst branch EVER! ATMs constantly down. Only one teller when line is more than 10 people long. Constant issues with systems that do not allow teller-assiated cash withdrawals. Always at least a 45-60 minute wait. An absolutely horrible experience.
